Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Help for Complex Cases


This training will help you learn how to apply DBT structure and processes to real world client base, review the change and acceptance strategies represented in modern CBT, and how they are unified with dialectics in DBT, provide orientation to a DBT model of emotions and emotion regulation, focusing on communication transactions and validation, and conduct a behavioral chain analysis and explore how this relates to interventions.
