COVID-19 has had a profound impact on the work we do as therapists. In our efforts to help others, many of us have forgotten how to attend to our personal needs. Come to this training to understand the impact of compassion fatigue and learn creative ways to build stress resilience. You’ll walk away with a renewed sense of energy as you explore the power of setting boundaries with those who take advantage of our helping spirit, and you’ll practice simple mindful movements that improve posture, enhance quality breathing, and decrease pain. .

Thank you, Angie Miller Fitness, for partnering with NC EAPA to deliver this training!
