Here is a list of upcoming NC EAPA events. NC EAPA is an active Chapter with workshops scheduled four times per year at different locations throughout the state.

Come to the workshops to learn about relevant, interesting and up-to-date information on a variety of topics, as well as to meet, network and socialize with your fellow EAPA members and colleagues.

Sally M. Masters is a Career Counselor in the Career Development Center with Appalachian State University's College of Fine and Applied Arts and Hayes School of Music. She has worked in education and counseling positions for over 25 years. Sally recently relocated to North Carolina from Massachusetts where she was an often requested regional and national resource and speaker on issues of social injustice. Sally received the inaugural statewide Human Rights Award from the Massachusetts School Counseling Association in 2007. She has a Master of Science degree in Education from Baylor University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in School Counseling from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Robert P. Joyce is a lawyer and a specialist in public law, especially the law related to employment. He has practiced law in New York City and in North Carolina and is now the Edwin Hinsdale Distinguished Professor of Public Law and Government in the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is the author of The Law of Employment in North Carolina's Public Schools. Bob consults regularly with governmental administrators and the lawyers who represent units of governments. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the Harvard Law School.
